The following, which had been held in third reading on reconsideration         
of the vote (page 2984), was again before the House:                           
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(FIN) am                                             
"An Act directing the identification and delineation of a                     
transportation and utility corridor between Fairbanks and the                  
Seward Peninsula; and providing for an effective date."                        
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSHB 183(FIN) am pass the
